Used trumpets
The smallest brass horn in the band and one of the most common first instruments. Here that means the Yamaha YTR-2330 and the Bach TR300 and TR400 student horns, the Yamaha YTR-4335 a few years in, and the pro Bach Stradivarius 180S37 and Yamaha Xeno. On any used trumpet, look first at the valves and slides, then at the leadpipe for red rot and the bell for dents. Make sure a mouthpiece comes with it.
