Used flutes
The lightest instrument to carry and one of the most popular first choices. The student flutes here are the Yamaha YFL-222 and YFL-262 and the Gemeinhardt 2SP, with the Yamaha YFL-462 and the Gemeinhardt 3SHB and KG Special a step up and Gemeinhardt's 33 series above them. The big differences are open or closed holes, a C or B foot, and a plated or solid silver headjoint. Pads and a bent rod are what usually go wrong.
